A Mommy Makeover is a combination of procedures that help a woman regain her figure after pregnancy and lactation.

At our office, each Mommy Makeover is personally tailored to every individual patient and is performed to rejuvenate and tighten the body after pregnancy and lactation. Pregnancy often leaves a woman with a thicker waistline, stretch marks, weakened abdominal muscles, sagging breasts, and excess loose sagging skin in the abdominal region. A Mommy Makeover combines various procedures to address all of these concerns at once, restoring a firm, flat abdomen, a more defined waistline, and tighter body contour in the torso. By choosing a Mommy Makeover, you will experience a quicker recovery period than if you had all of these procedures separately. Immediately after surgery, you will need to rest fully for several days. Soreness and swelling are normal, although these symptoms will naturally subside in a few days. During recovery, you will have to wear compressive support garments to support your new shape, protect delicate tissue, and reduce inflammation and discomfort. These garments also optimize the healing process by helping muscles adapt to your new shape. Most patients can resume normal non-strenuous activities within one to two weeks after a Mommy Makeover.
